1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") are offered by GESWORK SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 100 euros, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Pontoise under number 825 339 872, and a subsidiary of Holding GSME (hereinafter referred to as "GSME"), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 501,000 euros, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Pontoise under number 841 339 245, whose registered office is located at 5, rue des Sources, 95640 Brignancourt, France.

These GTC govern the use of the SaaS software "FireMetrics" and sales made on the website www.firemetrics.app

2. Description of the Service

FireMetrics is a shooting analysis application designed for Garmin watches. It collects and processes data from shooting sessions to provide performance insights.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this application.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

FireMetrics collects shooting session data, including performance statistics. Personal data is stored in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Users may request the deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us at protection-donnees@gsme.fr

5. License and Restrictions

Geswork grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use FireMetrics. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

Geswork is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of FireMetrics. The application is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Termination

Geswork reserves the right to terminate your access to FireMetrics at any time for violations of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France.
